  1. What is your standard turnaround?

    We ask for 4 business days (not including Friday), to set up an initial proof, and 4 business days to print once the proof is approved. You will want to leave some extra time for changes and corrections. Colored stock, foil stamping, and mounting may add to production time.


  2. Do you offer priority service?

    We offer priority service for both invitation proofs and print when available, for an additional fee. Please ask your representative.


  3. Do I need to pay for the color upgrade for each item on my order?

    The color upgrade is a one-time charge that covers the entire order. If you print black ink for the base text of your invitation and one color for the name, that upgrade is for the invitation piece itself. If you’d like to print any other item (envelope, return card, etc.) with the second color, it will incur an additional fee.


  4. Do your standard invitations need additional postage?

    The standard invitations are under an ounce and need standard postage. Any larger size, heavier stock, or additional inserts, may require additional postage.


  5. Are your envelopes peel and seal?

    Our standard white or cream envelopes are peel and seal. Different sizes or colors may not be peel and seal.


  6. Is there an additional fee to print my return address on the envelope?

    Our price includes your return address on the back of the envelope and your address on the front of the return envelopes (when ordering return envelopes).


  7. Is there an additional fee to print on the envelope flap?

    There is no additional fee to print on the envelope flap. When printing a second color on the envelope flap, there is an additional fee.


  8. Can I mix and match fonts from the layout options?

    You can mix and match fonts from the different options.


  9. Will I get a proof of my invitation before printing?

    You will receive a proof of the invitation before it goes to print. Upon proof approval and confirmation of quantity, we will send you a job summary which lists your items and totals. Once we get your final approval and signature, your order will be sent to print.


  10. Can I make changes to my invitation after I have received my proof?

    You can make changes/corrections at no additional cost. However, changing fonts or layout may incur an additional graphics fee.


  11. Can I order in increments other than those offered on the website?

    Yes, please indicate the quantities you would like to order in Step 3, under special requests.


  12. Do you offer addressing services?

    We can address your guest list on your envelopes or postcards. See information on the mailing services tab.


  13. Do you sell postage stamps?

    For your convenience, we sell postage stamps at the standard postage rate.


  14. Do the informals come with envelopes?

    Blank envelopes are included.


  15. Is shipping included in your price?

    Shipping is not included. The shipping price is calculated according to weight and distance after the order is complete, boxed and weighed. We ship Fed-Ex, UPS, or USPS.
